About the Role
PQWZ Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Site Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of our IoT-based water management systems. The candidate will assist in sensor installation, plumbing work, pipeline modifications, Smart Box installation, valve fitting, and other on-site technical activities. The role requires frequent field visits and close coordination with the engineering team to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Install and fit water quality sensors, flow meters, pressure sensors, and other IoT devices at project sites.
Perform plumbing work, including pipeline cutting, fitting, jointing, valve installation, and leak rectification.
Install and commission Smart Boxes, control panels, batteries, solar panels, and related field equipment.
Assist engineers during installation, testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of field devices.
Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair of installed equipment.
Ensure proper cable routing, conduit installation, and secure electrical connections as per project requirements.
Identify and resolve minor site issues independently and report major technical issues to the engineering team.
Maintain site documentation, installation reports, photographs, and daily work progress.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, plumbers, electricians, and project engineers during site execution.
Handle loading, unloading, transportation, and safe handling of project equipment.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain cleanliness and organization at project sites.
